Safelite AutoGlass review: Cheap glass and horrible customer service

The tech called and said he’d be out between 1-3 pm then customer service called and said he couldn’t make it out to replace a windshield that they had just replaced a month ago that was already cracked from a song the size of a pin needle head. They offered to reschedule but it wouldn’t be able to till Thursday or later. The crack has since spread from the passenger side edge to over half way across my windshield. Low quality glass at its finest. And the offered no compensation for my time spent waiting on them to arrive or for the inconvenience of having to wait 3 more days to fix. The customer service agent was not at all helpful and didn’t care about my time for a service I was passing them to complete.
