I am a veteran, so Safe Haven was referred to me saying that Safe Haven was founded by veterans and a damn good company. The representative hounded me every day for months selling the company, but once I signed, he became rude, and wouldn’t return my calls. The system sucks, and even interfered with my phone. The camera over my garage acted up and didn’t work half the time unless I was outside with my phone; then my phone got hacked. We finally had to unplug the camera. We called Safe Haven numerous times and they came out once and told use they were going to charge us if they had to come out again to fix the cameras. We hadn’t touched or done anything to the cameras or the system. We are done with this “company” scamming people, and doing less than nothing to make things right! Do NOT do business with this “company”, and the fact ADT backs them says a lot about ADT too!

Recommendation: RUN! Do NOT do business with them. They will screw you over, and you won’t be able to get out of the contract unless you buy out of it. The cameras are junk, and so is the system. They don’t watch over your property until it’s to late!!
