Safari.com review: False advertising

I used Safari.com to book overnight accommodation at Fourleafs in Bloemfontein. Before booking I looked up the complex. The website was giving a picture of a home away from home. But it was not at all what was advertised. Dirty rooms. Dirty bedding. No fridge as advertised. No towels. No coffee. No electricity. Even mens underware hanging in a tree. We did not feel safe or comfortable at all. When leaving and raising my complaints The owner said it is fine we can leave. About a refund he will contact me... Still waiting.
