Yo, it's been like a whole month since I sent back this dress to Sachin and Babi and they still ain't given me my money back. Like, what the heck? They're straight up holding my $1000 hostage and that ain't cool. I mean, I know I ain't no expert in the law or nothin', but I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I'm about to call up my lawyer and start a whole lawsuit against these guys. They need to be investigated, man. This is some shady business right here.

So, I bought this dress from Sachin and Babi and when I tried it on, it just didn't fit me right. I mean, it was in perfect condition and all, but it just wasn't for me. So, I decided to return it. But, when I contacted their customer service, they told me that it would take them 30 days to process my return and another 5 days for me to get my money back. I was like, what the heck! That's a long time to wait for my money. But, I didn't have a choice, so I waited. And, guess what? It took them 35 days to give me my nearly $600 back. Can you believe it? I was so mad. I mean, it's not like I was returning a damaged item or anything. It was just a dress that didn't fit me right. I feel like they scammed me or something. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

So, I bought this dress from Sachin and Babi for a wedding I was attending. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find out that it didn't come with a belt. I was going for a casual look and the belt was a crucial part of my outfit. I didn't have time to reorder the dress, so I had to wear something else. I even paid $70 for rushed shipping, but it was all for nothing. I expected better from Sachin and Babi, especially since I needed the dress delivered as soon as possible.

I tried to contact customer service, but I didn't receive any response from them. It was frustrating because I needed the belt to complete my outfit. I wasted my money on the rushed shipping and the dress itself, and I didn't even get to wear it to the wedding. I hope Sachin and Babi can improve their customer service and pay more attention to their packaging in the future.

I gotta say, Sachin and Babi got some pretty dresses, like, really pretty. And they seem like they put a lot of effort into making them look good and feel good. So, I had to get my bank involved, which was a whole other headache.

I mean, I get it, things happen, but it would be nice if they could at least, like, acknowledge my existence, you know? I'm not asking for the world here, just a little communication. Anyway, I still think their dresses are beautiful, but I'm a little hesitant to order from them again after this experience.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Sachin and Babi. I tried to return a dress that I didn't even try on, and they straight up refused to take it back. Like, what kind of company does that? I mean, I had the security tag and all the sales tags still on it, and it was only out of the package for five minutes. But nope, they still wouldn't take it back.

And then, get this, they sent me a package back with no explanation. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times just to find out what was going on. And you know what they said? They said they couldn't accept the return because it had stains on it. But here's the thing - they sent pictures of a dress with a smudge on it, and there was no way to tell if it was even the same dress I had returned to them.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from Sachin and Babi. If they're gonna pull this kind of stuff, it's just not worth it. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with in my whole life, and I'm not young anymore, I'm 50 years old! I bought a Zoe Gown (Grande Dame) and when I tried to return it, they sent it back to me saying it was damaged. But that's not true! They even sent me a letter for someone else, so they got my order mixed up. When I told them about the mistake, they said the dress was damaged and that they had sent me photos to prove it. But they never did! I asked for the photos three times and they never sent them. I even sent them a video and a picture of the perfect gown I was trying to return, but they stopped responding to my emails. I'm still trying to get them to take it back, because I ordered two of these dresses and I only wore the size 10. The size 12 was too big for me, so I just tried it on once and put it back in the box. There's nothing wrong with the dress I'm trying to return, but the customer service department has been so rude, unhelpful, deceitful, and incomplete. I'll never buy from them again! If I could give them negative stars, I would. It's just terrible what they're doing. I want to warn other people so they don't get ripped off like I did. I'm going to keep emailing them every day until I get a response. And I'm going to post many more reviews. You've been warned!
