I recently made a purchase from Zainab Chottani's website and spent a whopping $645 on a couple of dresses. However, when my package arrived, I was disappointed to find that I only received one dupatta and two shirts. I immediately called their customer service to inform them that I did not receive my dresses, but unfortunately, they did not take me seriously.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to contact my bank to dispute the charge. To my surprise, as soon as I initiated the dispute, I received a call from a representative from Zainab Chottani named Tiamor. He asked me to cancel the dispute and promised that they would refund me for my purchase.

It has now been three weeks since that call, and I still have not received my refund. I am extremely disappointed and plan to take action against this fraudulent company. I urge everyone to avoid ordering from Zainab Chottani's website as they are not a trustworthy company.

Despite my negative experience, I must admit that the dresses I did receive were of good quality and beautifully designed. However, the lack of customer service and the fraudulent behavior of the company has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that they will take responsibility for their actions and make things right with their customers.

My fiancé was trying to get her measurements for her engagement suit, and we were told that someone would help her on Skype. However, they kept giving her the runaround for a whole week. Finally, when she was able to get in touch with them, they just told her to take the measurements herself and send them over. As a result, the sizing was all messed up.

To make matters worse, when we tried to explain the situation to them, they had the audacity to tell us that we were wrong and that we never even Skyped with them. It was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, I would not recommend Zainab Chottani to anyone, especially if you're a US buyer. The customer service is terrible, and the sizing is not accurate. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to work with.
