Sabrina Pools & Hot Tubs

I call Sabrina Pools to close my pool for the season. The guy on the phone asked me all the questions and knew I had a gunite in ground pool. He scheduled my closing for Wednesday 11/2. The guys showed up to my property to close the pool and stated we don't work on gunite pools then left. I called Sabrina pools to get this rectified with no assistance from the manager. Basically I was told to go ahead and contact the ComplaintsBoard.com they were not helping me. They left me in the dark for days and made excuses as to why they never returned my calls. I am mad with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

I called Sabrina Pools on 12/7 at 9:30 am and asked for Glen to fix my hot tub. I turned it off because it had a leak and they said it would cost $200+ to winterize. Glen came and said it would cost $300+ to repair. He said to let Sabrina Pools know my decision and he would come back. I put a 40W light bulb under the hot tub like they said. I called Sabrina on 12/20 at 10:20 am, but they were closed. I left a message on 1/3 at 10:15 am saying I need Glen to come back before the pipes freeze. I will contact ComplaintsBoard.com if I don't hear back soon. Please help before my hot tub is ruined. Thank you.

This experience has been a nightmare. We wanted to support local, but we've been left in the dark. We signed a contract last year and it said our project would start in June . It was postponed until July for unknown reasons. Then pushed back to August. Now it's September and our backyard is a mess. One crew leveled and graded the area, but they ruined the yard and dumped dirt in an area that was ready for grass seed. The second crew complained about the level job and only erected a few panels. Now we have random walls, a mud pit, and a destroyed yard. We lost out on a full season of family fun. The loan company has already paid 50%, but we don't have 50% of a pool. This has been a frustrating experience. Other families and friends have expressed the same frustrations with Sabrinas.
