My wife and I would like to express our sincere appreciation and complete satisfaction with our Sales Representative, Perry, at Albemarle Plantation in Hertford, North Carolina. From the very beginning, Perry was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. He was highly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly and thoughtfully answer all of our questions. Most importantly, we truly appreciated that we never once felt pressured throughout the process.

Unfortunately, due to a change in our circumstances, we were unable to move forward with the purchase of the beautiful home we had selected. However, without hesitation, we highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a new home in North Carolina reach out to Perry. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to have worked with him and sincerely appreciate the outstanding experience he provided.
