Ruth's Chris Steak House review: service

Hello, I have a complaint about my experience at Ruth Chris just last Friday on September. 13th, 2019 at 8:45 pm. Not too long after being seated at the dinner table, I saw a mouse run across the room from where I seated. I am extremely scared of pests so as soon I as saw this especially inside of a restaurant I notified the waiter. She then proceeded to say "Well I would not be surprised, this is Philadelphia for you". Since I saw at the time nothing was being done about it, I tried to ignore it but my anxiety got the best of me. I traveled 2 hours from another state just to enjoy this meal and unfortunately I was not able to nor was I able to enjoy the experience of celebrating my friends birthday that night.
