My husband booked the table in the restaurant through the website www.ruthschris.com. It was bad experience, ‘coz we arrived on time, but all tables were unavailable. The waitress told us to wait and they promised to call us. We waited 2 hours and left, ‘coz it was too much. We tried to return money, which my husband paid for the table, but these jerks refused. Not recommended restaurant and the services were horrible. Share this info.
I reported a complaint recently to this website about my order on May 17, 2019 in reference to my food causing me to have an upset stomach and unsual bathroom usages. The manager at the uptown Charlotte NC location reach out to me on May 19, 2019 with a concern about my complaints and he told me he would get back in touch with me.
I cannot understand how sloppy staff can be so blind and this kitchen cook continues to be employed. Old stale and burned fries, warm translucent produce and the presence of fruit flies. Servers stick up for kitchen saying he is moody with many jobs.
We had dinner at the Ruth's Chris in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, just three of us. The filet was excelland, the two ribeye's were tough and not fatty, more like sinew. Not pleasant, it was a special occasion and for that fact alone, I did not complain. Might want to check he caliber of meats they are buying there.

I was at a Ruths Chris Steak House and the steak was 70.00
When the plate came I asked where is the rest of it?
They mentioned that you have to pay extra for the sides.
A potato was 9.00 and asparagus another 8.00
One thing I can not stand is to be nickled and dimed.
If I am paying 70 for a meal you better include the sides.
Last time I will eat here...
Beware of Ruths Chris's scam.
the Keg is not as expensive but is the same, actually, most high end steak houses are the same.
You can order the steak and sides separate or get their pre-selected sides for an extra amount.
