I did not have time to address the MOD as it was Thanksgiving and with family. First, there were three options available with the Turkey Dinner for the Salad: House, Ceasar, Gumbo. We were never offered an option, I wanted the gumbo but when we order or meals and xtra broccoli(undercooked), we were never offered a choice. Service was B+, we were seated next to the enrace on the bottom level of the Ruth's in Buckhead and it seemed people(waiers,mgrs,etc.) were always around and no privacy, also in fine dining I do not want to hear RAP music. The dress code said business casual, no hats. People came in in ripped jeans, untucked shirts, hats...REALLYY! Then I had to order extra gravy to wash down the Turkey!$200 over all spent on this! What are you as a manger really going to do about this experience? My dad died in Jan and we were celebrating our first Thanksgiving without him at your restaurant!We had a 3pm resv. in Buckhead, for 2, under Martin
