We (my family) frequently visit your locations and have always been 100% delighted with the quality of food and the attentiveness of our servers. To the point that for several years we have our Christmas dinner in your Sarasota, FL location.
Last evening my daughter and I did not experience what we have come to love about your locations. The greeting was warm and welcoming however, the service from the waitress was fair at best. The dining room had 2 tables occupied and 1 person at the bar. So obviously not busy.
As it was late and we were traveling we opted to share a meal.
The main reason for my email is that both my daughter and I are 100% certain that we were served instant mashed potatoes. I even inquired with the food runner about them and received a very delayed response (like a deer in headlights). There is not a doubt in our minds as they were artificial in taste and very pasty. In addition, the 11oz. filet although cooked to a perfect medium rare was very stringy. Again, something we have never encountered in your establishment.
