Ruth's Chris Steak House review: dinner service

Hello my name is Princess Davis. I made a reservation at Ruth Chris 9/13/19 for the Pennsylvania location for my birthday. While I was there, my guests & I seen a mouse over 3 times. I tried my best to ignore it and informed the Assistant GM, Matthew, about it and he assured he would call pest control Monday morning. When I notified my waiter of the issue, she stated "This is Philly, that's normal." This only made me feel more uncomfortable, however, I wanted to enjoy my birthday and ignored any negativity. I couldn't ignore it anymore once the mouse proceeded to run over my foot. This was where I drew the line and did not continue my dinner. I was absolutely disgusted and traumatized because I'm under the impression that if a mouse comes that close to humans, it's because there is an infestation. This not only ruined my birthday but also affected the people that drove hours to accompany me on my special day. I've went to ruth chris at other locations and this has never happened, but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. I do hope that I am better accommodated for this problem because this is where I chose to spend my birthday and it was not a pleasurable experience at all.
