I’ve taken my 2014 f150 to Russell and Smith three times this year. Reason was my check engine light came on. I’ve paid fully every single time, but every time I’ve picked my truck up my tire sensor light was on. The last time it happened I did a survey and wasn’t happy about the technician sending my truck out without addressing the sensor light. I travel for work and I don’t need the worry of any lights on in my truck. Eric Rodriguez called me after my survey and stated to me that they will have me come in and take care of my sensor light without any quote. Now that I call to make my appointment Mr. Eric Rodriguez says he has to speak with his director to approve of such a thing after he have already told me that they would take care of my concern without pay. That is very unprofessional and I would like to be taken care of because when I bring my truck for service the only light is on is my engine light. Why shouldn’t I be compensated for the technician not addressing a light that wasn’t on when every time I came in for service?

Desired outcome: Have my tire sensor light reset.
