Rush My File review: FMC, Bayshore Advisors, Lone Star Funding review: Commercial loan never funded

Bart, Lone Star and Rush My File approved a loan for one of my ChattanootaTennessee clients, in mid-July, 2023. The Title company was transparent and infatic that they do not dry close. Bart cleared the loan to close. The Borrower signed the documents, and the closed file was overnighted back as required. One month later, no funding. The borrower was supposed to receive funds, never happened.

Bart cannot be reached, nor does he answer calls. The rude, nameless person at FMC says the file is in processing and moving into funding.

This should be illegal!
