RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group review: Saregama carvaan - does not work

This simple music player has frozen up and now plays the same music which I can no longer change in less than two years of intermittent use. I have used the reset button to no avail. The device is a very good idea very poorly executed.
I would like to keep the benefit this device promises but the particular unit I have is defective and replacement would be appropriate even if beyond the one year warranty
