Mymensingh wife and I were allocated room 4024 and we immediately complained about the very loud and frightening noise and bangs in our room. For 4 days and 3 nights we complained bitterly to guest services to come to our room and experience the conditions we were suffering. They outright refused and sent two security personal who found the banging and juddering to be unacceptable.
Despite this Nothing was done. I had to go to guest services and sleep on a chair as I was exhausted ( as was my wife )
Guest services desk manager and front services manager refused to either speak to us in person or come to our room. We departed our cruise at Fort Lauderdale on Friday 10/1/2020 and were not given a replacement room until 4.30am on Monday 13/1/2020.
This was a cruise to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary.
Disgusted
No customer service from
Yule got Guinness front desk manager or
Parter Tyler guest services manager.
They were a disgrace in not having the manners or courtesy to meet us or at least come to our room.
