Roses Store #590 review: A purchase item (cutter candle) that was not placed in my bag

Went to store number 590 on 5/19/21 and purchased $30.99 worth of things! Got home and noticed my cutter candle was not in my bag! Went to check my car to make sure it was not left on the care and it wasn't! So I held on to my receipt and made a note to go back on my day off! Went back to roses with my receipt on hand and spoke to Angela Hill (5/21/21) and she was very unprofessional and very nasty and rude saying that there was nothing she could do and she don't know or care where the candles is and that roses does not give out candles and roses is not Walmart! My husband was also trying to talk to her and she was also nasty with him! I will never shop at another roses and I advise others not to either! Tried calling corporate several time and they too was very unprofessional by hanging up on me each time!
