Rose's review: Auto motor oil

I brought the wrong motor oil, on 6/22 I forgot to return it to store until today, 7/24 two days after the 30 day deadline. Your employees were so mean about the deadline,(No no no you can't return that, you missed the deadline!) Good customer service would have gave me a store credit! Or let me exchange the oil. Sometimes you need to make exceptions, depending on the item returned. Now I'm Left with motor oil that i can't use. I may not shop their again,and I need to let my family and friends know how petty and unprofessional your employees are!
