Roost Paperie review: engraved pencils

Complaint department,
I ordered rainbow assortment pencils engraved in silver. I recieved my first email stating I would be getting my next email in 3 to 5 days with ship details. I did not recieve so I contacted on day 9 and then received the shipping details of course with apologies next day. Then I recieved package 14 days later. Then the pencils I recieved were all dull colors and had a gold pencil and a silver pencil in this rainbow assortment of primary dark dull colors. Secondly all of the pencils were engraved in gold, which is not what I ordered! I reached out to owner mary and she wanted to disregard the problem and then actually told me I was being barbaric! She refuses to redo or refund my order! I have never dealt with such rudeness from a supposed to be business owner! Please help me. Tia... I sent you 5 screenshots of order and part of conversation with owner. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
