My husband and I are extremely pleased with the people we dealt with and the job they did. John Paoletti and Vaughn Gordon were the First Gentlemen we spoke with. That very day they contacted our insurance company and got the process started. Our roof had wind and hail damage. At first our company didn’t feel we needed a new roof, thankfully John knew we did! He continued to stay in touch with our company and got the results we needed, a new roof as well as removal of our solar panels and putting them back on. Every worker that came to our home did an outstanding job. We would like to personally thank John Paoletti, Vaughn Gordon, Melvin Delgado, Samka Duric, and Ricky Southers for their professionalism, their strong work ethic, and their friendly manner. When the work was done the yard was immaculate. It was a pleasure to speak with Jessica Caverly after our job was completed, asked if we were satisfied and if we had any questions. She went over with us what had been done and tied up any loose ends that there might be. The RRCA employees and the work they did for us is deserving of a 5 Star rating. We are totally satisfied with RRCA and would highly recommend them to our friends and relatives
