Ron's Automotive (Car America) review: Extended warranty and gap coverage refund

I traded my 2020 Malibu in on a 2022 Mitsubishi. I called warranty company and was given a break down of my refund in which she stated comes from Ron's automotive. I called them and submitted documents. He keeps stated it is on the way, I will talk to my accounting. He is giving me a complete run around. Ron levy, Ron's automotive. I am getting no explanation or my money due to me.
