Roadway Inn Billings Montana review: Employee complaint

i have been working at the roadway inn here in billings montana and every thing was going well till the new gm came in and had his buddy start working at the motel well this person would not show up for his shifts and i would have to work his shifts 3 times he did this and there was times ware he would show up drunk or high and he has been rude to gust he does nothing but play on his phone he does not clean at night or walk the property the owner is aware of this person and still noting was done and the gm will not fire him because that is his best friend and i was sick of working his shifts and i was told by the reg-anal manager that something would be done about this employee and still nothing was done he still has a job and i was sick of dealing with him and people telling me that it would be taken care of so i quiet my job i am not going to work for a motel hew does not have there employees back this motel here in billings montana has a very bad reputation and it will never change till they hire people hew wants to make the roadway inn a nice place to stay and this person should have been fired but he was not still has his job and no one cares about that at all
