RNA Builders AAIllegal selling of open parking

RNA Builders AA is selling open parking at RNA courtyard (mira road-E). This is completely illegal .
Firstly , the builder has charged the customers on the basis of super built up area and now they are charging for selling the parking @3 lakhs. Also, the reciept is not being given for 3 lakhs. Reciept is given for a very small amounts.
I would like to draw the attention of all the concerned authorities including income tax dept that such a deal is happening and request the aurhorities to step in at the earliest.

    Yes, I do agree with you. You should take legal action against the builder.

    What is the legal recourse in cases where the builder does not handover possession of the property, on not paying up for open car parking?

    My builder is reluctant to give me possession of my flat, unless I cough up Rs.3 lakh for open car parking. Can anyone please suggest what should be done?

    In our case, at the time of buying the flat we checked for parking space and at that point of time(1 year back) the rate was 25000/. We were willing to buy the parking space but authorities denied saying that just now we are not selling that space. Now for the same space they are demanding Rs three lac...(??????????)

    This act of builder is totally unconstitutional and contrary to the spirit of Maharashtra flats owners act.

    At all the places, RNA people have put the ads of 24 hours water supply and other facilities which are completely fake. RNA Builder did not pay the taxes to BMC and two months back The BMC disconnected the water supply and same has not been restored till today.

    PIYUSH who is so called customer care executive is now negotiating that first you buy parking space at Rs 3 lac then only water supply would be restored ....

    How really they are playing with the lives of people residing at RNA Courtyard. They are not ready to give minimum living condtions... I wish some NGO should come forward and take up this issue to proper court.

    Are we living in free India or its the dictatorship of Britishers

    RNA Courtyard is completely fake. Construction quality is one of the worst in Mumbai. Assurance for 24 hrs water is intentionally misleading. Piyush is ### and with no idea how to speak to people living in RNA courtyard. They promised making ClubHouse, which they want to commercialize for starting non-sense things. Simple adivce for others pls. stay away from RNA, if you are about to invest your hard earn money.

    I am looking for a 1BHK or 2BHK flat in RNA Courtyard Mira Road (E). Can any of you owners get me connected to a owner who is willing to rent. I do not want to get in touch with a agent.

    I strongly agree with others . The consturction done by such a reputed builder is so bad. The builder has only worked on buildings exteriors. From outside it looks good but internally there are lots of problem... The floorings in flats are worst...
    parking of vehicles is problem..
    Club house and swimming pool is not yet started..
    and lot of other false commitment by builder...

    Every where you will see big hoarrdings of 24 hrs supply in RNA courtyard and in reality it is only 10 min water supply...can you believe this...!!!

    I am thinking of buying a flat in RNA, kindly advise if it is a good buy/decision to own a flat in RNA Courtyard.
    Would request comment from owners currently staying there.

    i got a call form rna people saying that they are selling some row houses of 1795sq ft area ... please suggest what should i do, is it worth having a look or just a waste of money .

    The building is much better looking than most of the complexes in Mira road. I am living here since 2007. The residents have formed the society and maintaining it. Iam on the 8th floor having garden facing 2.5 BHK flat with abs no seepage or leakage problem. Water problem only arises when it was not supplied by BMC. On that day, our in flat tanks just works well. No power cuts.

    They're playing the same game for RNA VIVA (an under construction project at Mira road). They've started asking 5 lakhs for parking space and that will be black. These builders live under the powerful shadow of politicians. Earlier they claimed that RNA VIVA will be similar to RNA palazzo, now they say that it will resemble RNA courtyard (one of the worst constructions in mumbai).
