RMS Companies - The Novella apartments

I'm not completely satisfied with the customer service I have received at The Novella apartments in New Haven, CT. There is an on site management as well as a management company in Stamford.

New Haven is great, my issue is with The Novella and RMS Companies. I'm going to continue to be a perfect gentlemen here and make the best of it. Just wanted to voice my unhappyness publicly and get back to my life.

There are a few issues that have not been resolved and have been dragging on for months. I'm not going to get too deep into it but I'm available anytime if Randy Salvatore and or Maria would like to speak with me again about it.

If not that's OK, I'll live with it. Just wanted to share my thoughts with anyone who may be interested. Thank you for reading and have a good day.
