I had live chat when placing order and your representative misled me. I had a coupon code but your system did not accept it. Your representative told me to click on payment and then I would be able to enter the code. As soon as I click payment everything was over and no chance to enter the code.

Your representative asked me to cancel the order and I did so. I asked her to send me a copy of this cancellation but she did not do it. I had to have another live chat and this time I got a copy of the letter (see above).

The seller never contacted me. Because of wrong advice of your representative my bank account was charged. see below:
