RL Stevens is no longer in business. They did close their doors on 31 Jan 11. I don't know yet if he filed bankruptcy or just took his ball and went home. I am still in touch with my rep, whom I like as a person, and she is now unemployed. She confirmed the business closure. The bad news, I suspect, is that none of us will ever see a penny from Mr. Stevens. On the other hand, he reaped what he has sown. I'm sure some legal actions against RL Stevens will continue. Ron Thank you for the help. I made a deposit with them in December and have been busy- not using them. Last night I found out they are gone. Is there amyway yo reach them? Dan
Same exact thing happened to my husband in Massachusetts. Arranged meeting was on the first day of February 2011 and no one was there. This is breach of contract you should sue in Indiana.
