Rite Aid - customer service

Received an automated call about a prescription called in by a doctor not being in stock. In trying to call Rite Aide location on Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19144 to speak with pharmacist, I was in an automated message loop after countless attempts to speak with a person. Called the main customer service number. After being on hold for over 20 minutes, a rep picked up and transferred to the Germantown store into the same endless loop. Never spoke with a person at the pharmacy. Gave up after an hour of trying to contact the store. Prescription being canceled and called into CVS. Lost a customer for life!

Rite Aid - incident.. fall coming into the doorway

1/3/2020 coming into the doorway at STORE # 00872, I
tripped over the loose door mat in the vestibule again coming into the store..I fell hard and bruised my left knee.

Passing by pedestrians (2) ladies come into the store to try to help me up, but I didn't feel comfortable with that..because in 7/2019 and 12/2019, I received two total left and right hip replacements. At that time a large very tall man, helped me up. I found out it was a Canada Dry delivery driver coming through at that time to drop of product...

Now, my problem is where was staff.. The incident happened around or a little after 11:30 am.. Once I got myself together, I motioned for the young man who when I later asked while ringing out my items told me his name was Omar. He took a look at the entrance of the doorway to see what I tripped over..all of this is documented on the store camera. Please take a look.
After that I waited to see if a supervisor would come. I got a cart and walked around shopped, about 20 minutes after my fall, April Gonzalez, Store Manager approached me in one of the aisles and asked me was I the person that fell?

I said yes, and informed her that
I was just waiting to see how long it would take for a Rite Aid employee to officially ask me, if I was alright, did you hurt yourself, do you need medical attention..etc.. I asked why did it take so long for her to get to me.. Ms. Gonzalez said she was working the register when I fell out and couldnt leave it and after that she went to file an incident report. There is a problem with that with me .

I could have seriously hurt myself...maybe I should go to the hospital! The concern is the process and how long it took for management to get to me. Check your store camera's you will see when I fell..who assisted, me shopping and when the manager actually finally got to me. There maybe training needed in this area to insure safety protection of the customer and Rite Aid employees.

Ms. Gonzalez took my name, address, cell and later as I was at the register asked me for my date of birth. She later came to me because I waited and gave me a number to Risk Management 717-214-8820 and incident #[protected]

Again my concerns are when anyone falls out, incidents occur or worst, the situation at hand needs to be immediately addressed. It took long for an employee to ask me was I alright...I'M A CUSTOMER ...who fell over something loose in side Rite Aid...not outside..I could have really hurt myself.

I'm actually still in the store sitting by Pharmacy issuing complaint, its 12:59 pm and I will need an emailed response in regard to my complaint...Any consideration to this complaint will be greatly appreciated and is crucial
