Rhodes Ranch Association, inc. review: Association dues

I pay a monthly association dues to Rhodes Ranch Association, Inc. The payment collection was handled by Terra West Management Services who send notices few days before the next monthly dues. As example they send notice on July 27 for the dues for August. In order to avoid any delay I make my payment as soon as I receive the notice. However, instead of Terra West recording my payment as Advance payment, they have been recording it as Late payment for the month they receive the payment and they sent several harassment notice regarding this. I sent several letter of explanation to Terra West but they just ignored my letter.
