Rhino Realty Property Management, LLC is not good at all. They can't even come in my unit to fix things for Section 8. When I call them, they won't answer. I suggest people don't deal with this company.

I had a bad experience with Rhino Realty Property Management, LLC. Candane didn't have the keys to show me the apartment I wanted to see and couldn't find them 'around the property.' She told me to apply for an apartment without seeing it first. She also didn't mention important details about the incentives she advertised, like the covered parking having an extra fee. The next day, the other young man showed up late to our appointment and told me that sometimes maintenance men take off with the keys. That doesn't sound safe to me.

I moved to Albukerky two weeks ago to start my retiremnt. After hiting the pavement for a week or two, I called Rhino Realty about one of their properties for rent. Tray Whaley met me at the property exactly on time. He was polite and knowledgable, and seemed to have a good sense of what I was looking for. That particular property didn't suit my needs, so he suggested some other possibilities, one of which I hope to be moving into soon. I can say without question he went above and beyond. So kudos to you Trey!

Rhino managed our property for a year and we had lots of maintenance requests and repair bills. They own the maintenance company that did the work, which seems like a conflict of interest. When we managed the property ourselves, we only had one repair request per year. Recently, we got an invoice from a vendor they used six months ago, but Rhino never told us about the work. Now, Rhino won't pay the vendor, so we had to give them our contact info. We don't even own the home anymore, but we'll pay the bill so the vendor doesn't get stuck. Rhino's communication was slow and often wrong. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.

This company is the worst! I had a terrible experience with them and I'm going to make sure everyone knows about it. When I went to see the property, no one was there and I had to wait for 30 minutes. I tried calling and emailing but couldn't get through to anyone. Finally, someone came out and opened the door. I applied for the property and had to pay $40 twice because they said I needed to submit the application again. I was approved the next day but when I tried to call, I couldn't get through to anyone. I even tried calling the maintenance line and spoke to a woman who lied to me and said she didn't know anything about the building I was requesting. This company is a scam and I'm going to tell everyone about it!

Me and my hubby found out in the middle of November that the roof over our kitchen was drippin' and the floor and dining table were soaked. Plus, the livin' room carpet was wet in a big area. We called maintenance and even put in a request online for emergency access. A technician came the next day or so. When he came, he walked around, ignored our explanations and mention of the carpet. He even said he'd try to get in touch with the upstairs neighbors. Our maintenance request was later canceled without warnin'. Nobody contacted us to explain why. We've had several issues with repairs not bein' done properly and on time. It's unacceptable to be called a liar after workin' so hard to build our credit. We're loyal tenants who pay our rent on time.

Rhino Realty did me dirty, man. I signed my lease way back on 2.15.15 and renewed it a bunch of times. They said I could get a pre-inspection before I gave back the keys, but when I asked for one they said no way, Jose. They never gave me an updated move-out checklist with the costs for cleaning and repairs. The one they gave me when I signed up said weeds would cost between 50 and 100 bucks, but they charged me 125 for yard work. When I talked to Pam at Rhino Realty, she said the owner told them to charge me that much. I had already cleaned up the yard and taken pictures since they wouldn't let me do a pre-inspection. The letter they sent me didn't even break down the costs, just showed the total they took out of my deposit. They charged me 285 for carpet cleaning when the list said it would be between 75 and 250. The "make ready cleaning" cost me 490 bucks. I think they're ripping me off, man. And if they didn't do the final inspection for a few days after I moved out, then of course there would be weeds growing in the yard. That's not my fault!
