Rewards Deals vip review: Redeeming my vip points

Been with casino along time customer, have over 4000 points to redeem and account suspension has not been lifted. Been months now! Have asked to be removed but casino rewards still haven’t been granted. Spent a lot of money on site for these points and apologized for any mistakes I made with them. No explanation was given to me about the issue and have not been given any response except for live chat which wasn’t helpful or informative
