Revvi Credit Card review: Charges on credit card and the program fee

On 10/20/2022 I applied for a Revvi Credit Card. There was an 89.00 program fee with two ways to pay. One way was to pay the whole 89.00 fee all at once or pay 29.00 every couple of weeks till the amount was paid off. I clicked on pay 29.00 every couple weeks. I was then charged the whole 89.00. Which overdrew me.

Then they decided to charge me another fee plus a lot of interest I canceled the card and said I wanted the program fee back. They said no. I asked for a typed written statement of the charges and was told I couldn’t have one because I closed the account. I am a senior citizen and live on 72.00 dollars to buy what I need including groceries. This is so wrong to treat me like this.
