My guest account has been frozen on loading page on my iphone. Can not exit out. Went into my account on laptop and got into game; it froze on my first check. It took me 10 min to finally exit to lobby, then froze again. Not the first time this has happened. I love this game, but considering choosing another app. I keep losing a ton of chips every time this happens. I have been told to go into my account and then into settings, however if the screen is frozen one can not click on anything!

Problem with zenga holdem on facebook. Very often zenga poker folds my hand when i am trying to bet. It has happened today a dozen times, yesterday a dozen time----it happens every time i play!

This happens to me all the time. I try to bet and zenga folds my hand. My cursor is positioned right on the bet button, but when i click my mouse it folds my hand. This is always bad because the only hands it screws up are your good hands. Just as infuriating, when i try to bet the pot amount zenga will just show me making the minimum bid. Other times i am trying to bet and it checks my hand instead.
I'm losing faith in playing zynga poker. I get screwed at least a dozen times each day i play. It also disconnects regularly. Just horrible.

I have been playing zenga poker on facebook for months and I had 125 Million chips. My best friend was hacked twice in four days lossing 65M and 6M with no word back from either facebook or zenga. I have been hacked before losing 5M and 18M which after weeks of waiting finally got them back off zenga. I did have a panic attack as it was the most chips I have ever had and created a second account and transfered the chips so they were safe, after all they were my chips bought and played for. I know what I did was wrong however I know I was going to be hacked for a third time as I was a good chip target. Contacted Zenga on chat last night, no you can not have the chips back you broke the rules. No sympaphty or remose. They are stealing chips. David William.
