I bought FIFA 16 and Batman games from the website www.shopto.net. The seller confirmed my purchase and promised to provide the tracking number. I waited and of course nothing was delivered. I emailed the seller and told that I needed more precise information, but the seller told me that the order was cancelled. He hasn’t provided the reason and I have no idea what to do now.

I bought video game from the company www.shopto.net. I placed order and paid for it, but the seller simply misled me and hasn’t provided my order at all. I called them and argued, but the agent started to yell at me and told a lot of personal and unpleasant. Maybe someone can help me, ‘coz these people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
