Seller doesn't provide real details of the purchase
The seller of http://www.sathyadeepmusicals.com has misled me. I have bought piano from this site, but after they have taken money from me, I haven’t got any new details about the order. I have emailed the seller 10 times already, but the seller only gave promises. I didn’t get the order and the seller tipped-toed around the delivery. I don’t know what to do next and am really tired of these fake promises and silence from the seller.
I didn't get details about the delivery
I purchased musical instrument from http://www.sathyadeepmusicals.com. I got different emails and confirmations. As well as the seller told me that for international delivery they used FedEx. I have paid additional sum for the delivery, and the seller hasn’t provided details. All my attempts to reach these guys and got any news failed. They didn’t communicate.
