Scam not authorised
2 payments of £15 taken from my account. Who is behind this.
Last two months.
Desired outcome: Full refund. This is fraud
I have not used the services of the company I'm lodging a complaint against
I noticed yesterday that £15 had been taken from my bank account without me 'knowingly' consenting for any person's/company to withdraw any money from my account. I contacted my bank who then explained that a company called completesave.co.uk had taken my details while I had payed for items on eBay last month. It was then explained to me that this company have taken money from me which I CANNOT afford to then let me get cashback on items bought online. I have received no "CASHBACK" Whatsoever for any payments I have made online or anywhere else. I'm extremely upset and at a loss as to what to do now as I haven't been able to spend the £15 that has been taken from me on food shopping that was my plan before I was blindsided by this ridiculous company.
fraud
I would like to know what on earth a charge of £15 has been removed from my account by you?!
I do not know who you are or what you offer but as a mum of two young children I do not sign up to anything ever period!
I have just been charged a fee by my bank for going into unauthorised borrowing!
I have reported this and you shall certainly not be taking anything further amounts from me for whatever reason you think necessary! and I would like to know when I shall receive my money back!
Many thanks

I believe that many people have been conned into signing up for this service without knowledge. I have just noticed they have been taking 15 pounds a month off my credit card since at least last summer maybe longer. Trainline should be ashamed of themselves for associating themselves with such a disgraceful company. It is obviously a con as so many people have reported it. It needs looking into. I am already is so much debt and to now find out I have been conned for months out of 15 pounds is infuriating. I believe you just have to click the button to sign up...it does not ask for any confirmation or passwords or bank details so this is using trainline information to steal from people. I would never willingly sign up to anything so ridiculous and it seems there are plenty of others too. Please stop this daylight robbery.
