WLY*Complete Save Unauthorised charges

I have had £15 a month taken from my bank for over a year now. I contacted my bank and had my card changed and the payments stopped however they have found a way a few months later to start taking payments again. I have no idea how they got my details and have NEVER used their services whatever they are and do not know how else to go about cancelling this and requesting some form of a refund. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance you could offer me. Many thanks, Laura Smith

WLY*Complete Save Taking money out of my account without me knowing

Just came across a transaction that I didn’t know of and that’s because WLY*complete save have been taking money out of my account I don’t know how they have my information or why they are taking money out of my account but I don’t earn a lot of money and so need all the money I earn without them taking money out of my account each month without me knowing.
