I have lived at Villas De Azul, a Western Wealth Communities property, for 3 months and it is not "resort" living as described on websites. I provided a long list of repairs (after giving 6-day move-in notice) on the inspection sheet the day after I moved in. Peggy wanted to give me my money back stating, "You will never be happy here". Western communities just took over the halifax and after this lease I will never sign again. You can't reach anybody in corporate they send you right back to the manager of the complex. What is the point of having corporate numbers. The halifax are filled with roaches we pay for maintenance and pest they should come whenever we need the too not on their time. Apartments are cheap inside. Poor material, thin walls, ac doesn't blow out appropriate air. They went up almost $300 in rent for this. Literally can not wait to move! If you see this check their reviews on google etc do not move here they do not handle business properly
