Web Services Fraud

This is a frod company doing cheats with clients .they offer you there [censored] services in discounted offer always.but each and every service they offer is use less wastage of time every time they use to say we are working with google dept. to hell with you guys they all are educated people every employ in this company is 12 pass. I would like to mention the names also like mr. Vikas wadwa mr. Akshay partap singh mr. Amar nath singh. All of them are ford and crook .they have no sense of talking even with clients also.but god will punish you very soon . One day you will be in jail.just wait and watch

Web Services Inadequate Services

Christina Sulien Thai and her staff neglected to make requested
changes to our website, and failed to follow up with communications in a
timely manner. When they finally did respond, they would attempt to
lie about their actions. They Breached our contract, boasted about it
and then wanted to act like it never happened. The became abusive and
insulting in an effort to be-little me instead of apologize or offer to
make things right. They then offered to Breach our contract again
if we didn't comply with their demands for different payment
arrangements than those stated in our contract. Which constitutes
extortion. They list their offices in Houston, Miami and Las Vegas.
The owner of the company, Carlos Ovalle, offered no help to situation
even after multiple contacts via email and phone.

They sell "packages" for the website and business identity components, and
they oversell, and under perform. Many times I have contacted Christina
and her lack of response tells me and my partners she does not care
about her clients. Also they offer their clients html and flash
websites, which is not compatible with various applications on the
web. And they lie to their clients, because their web developers are
in India. And they claim they are Americans.

I've been Digical customer for almost 1 year and besides a web hosting Company. I hosted 1 official website and 20 subdomains, I was working on a major Joomla installtion, customizing it for almost a year and was going to release, and I was totally shocked when i go to my website and see a "blank page".
What i say about their bad customer support, I talked to the Live Chat agent and all he says is "I dont know, I dont know how long it will take to be back up." then I disconnect and talk to another agent after a while and he says "I cant tell you when your site will be back up. I email them and the admin instead of telling me what happened says "Sorry we only have your database backed up and nothing else", still he don't know about the actual senior.
This happened around Jan and its been over a months and still nothing. My business goes down day by day i am helpless i can't do anything.
At the end i feel that Digica does not act/feel responsible at all for your data loss due to THEIR fault instead just refers you to their TERMS and Conditions or Policy essentially saying "Whats wrong with you, we don't care"

I know Christina personally. She is my best friend and I'm here to tell everyone who reads this that everything written here is absolutely untrue. I've known her for 15 years and one thing about being her friend is that she brings out the best in me. Christina is a true blue, gentle giving, kind, wears her heart on her sleeve, remembers everyones name kind of girl. There is NO WAY in the world that she would ever do any of the things mentioned here.. it's not who she is. Whoever wrote this has a vindictive motive and whoever is behind this is a destructive person who wants to suppress a wonderful humanitarian from helping others.
