Volta Wireless Wireless service

I emailed Volta and they answered promptly. After having my questions answered I decided I would try it. BIG Mistake! I received the SIM card and put it in, Followed the configuration instructions. No signal! I then spent a lot of time emailing support and finally after many emails I got support to call me. (Volta has no support phone number). I spent 30 minutes twice verifying setting with support and the settings were correct. Then tried two e-sims and no signal. Verizon works fine in this location, Volta is the problem. I discovered that the service coverage is misrepresented by Volta. I spent hours/days trying to get the refund the support guy who called himself Ryan promised. Finally after pressing them for two weeks they said were not giving you a refund! I never received any service from Volta. The SIM card that was supposed to be free I was charged 22.00 for. It took many emails to get them to cancel the subscription, They will keep charging you even if the service does not work. I disputed the charge on my card. I eventually got most of my money back except the charge for the sim. VOLTA WIRELESS is run by SCAMMERS out of an apartment in Salt Lake City. Avoid at all cost they will jerk you around endlessly and then stop responding after they learn you want a refund for the service you never received. Volta should be the subject of criminal charges and legal action.

Volta wireless claims to provide totally secure phone service that cannot be tracked or traced. I have had Volta Wireless for 2 full months (and they just billed me for a 3rd month). During those 2 months I have contacted their support team (only via text and email -- no way to actually talk to a person -- and often it was days before I got a response...

Volta Wireless Unauthorized charges paying for services I never received

I Joined the Volta Wireless app back in May The so called service didnt work correctly Half the time I never received the call or message The service worked for about 3 days then started messing up. I purchased another Sim they charged me a additional $12.45 for the Sim on May 20 To date I have yet to receive that Sim. I requested a replacement Sim several times and on June 17 they charged me again for another Sim. So as of June 23 I have not received a Sim or any service. They Charged my card a additional $49.99 So to date I have been Charged $87.47 and had spotty service for Three days. Stay Away From this Company unless You like being Ripped Off

Volta Wireless Service

I signed up with Volta the first part of April 2022. My service was never stable or complete. Sometimes I could make calls. Sometimes I could receive calls. Sometimes I could text. Sometimes I could receive texts. However, not all services worked at the same time. That last part of April and into May I could not send or receive texts. I did port my already acquired phone number to Volta Wireless. I decided it just was not working for me. I went to another phone company on May 10th to get on a national plan. To date (5/13/2022) Volta still has not approved the port request so I can still keep my phone number that I've for years. I've sent many emails to them. I'm not sure why, but they just wont approve it. It looks like I will have to get a new cell number after many years of the same number.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! STAY AWAY!
