I emailed Volta and they answered promptly. After having my questions answered I decided I would try it. BIG Mistake! I received the SIM card and put it in, Followed the configuration instructions. Volta wireless claims to provide totally secure phone service that cannot be tracked or traced. I have had Volta Wireless for 2 full months (and they just billed me for a 3rd month). During those 2 months I have contacted their support team (only via text and email -- no way to actually talk to a person -- and often it was days before I got a response...
