return policy
I ordered a laptop online. I received the invoice and online as well as the receipt was mailed to me. Nowhere on either of those documents does it say final sale. I called customer service. The first guy was an arrogant [censor]. The second time I called, they said final sale if I opened it and turned it on. How else would I know what it looked like or operated like if I didn't turn it on? The said the 'no refund' policy is in the FAQ's or in the customer 100% guaranteed -and in the mini print under there. Who in the hell digs that deep into items before they buy. Why not print it on the receipt. Best Buy, and all other competitors allow returns. I don't like the keyboard layout, and it feels cheap. They won't return it. I will never do business with Visions again and make sure I tell my friends and family. Return policy is ridiculous...
Extended warranty refund
We bought a $4800 TV 5 years ago with an extended warranty of $480. We were fortunate that we never need to use it because it was a Sony TV which only needs to replace one lamp bulb from 8-12 hours of use everyday.
