I have sent 12 emails regarding my email address being incorrect. I can't get into my order and status or return because email is wrong! Please help me! I have over 300.00 dollars of merchant can't use because of poor quality and wrong sizing!

I have not received my order from Nora Cora that was placed on May 9, 2020. I have e-mailed them and just got back the standard stamped out excuses. This was an order for my wives birthday which was yesterday, June 18. I am very frustrated and hope I haven't been scammed! I have repeatedly tried to reach them to no avail. They e-mailed me and said the order had been shipped and in California waiting for postal pick up. I think it must be coming by dog sled! I could have walked there and back already and I only have use of my right leg! Bad shipping practices for sure!
