2017 kia forte and auto loan
I signed for the car in December 2022. Less than 1 week later I find a laundry list of things is wrong with the car. I can’t get anyone from the warranty to cover any repairs. Then the business shuts down in March 2023 and my loan is sent to a collection agency?! I’m not even behind on my loan and sitting on my credit report is a collection for $23K. I’m ready to toss the whole car.

I have been trying to get in touch with the company as (DOWC - dealer owned warrenty company) as had purchased the extended warranty and was told there was never a warrenty purchased although I paid for one to do so. Car has been at shop THEY instructed me to take it to since 4/21- and they cannot get in touch with anyone and I’ve called Monday-Friday every day and cannot get anyone to call me back and now, their phone number isn’t working. I’m stuck with NO transportation and I’ve been paying my payment for a car I can’t use due to them
Desired outcome: Pay for my repairs due to THEIR company not purchasing the warrenty contract

I’ve sent numerous emails and made numerous calls and nobody can seem to tell where my title is. I am a U.S. AUTO customer and after speaking with Georgia and SCDMV I’m making a complaint because my tag goes out 5/28/23 and I have no registration or title. Why am I paying for a vehicle that is not even registered to me. This needs to be fixed because I will not make any payment because I refuse to pay for a car I can’t have on the road. Someone needs too contact me. because I plan too contact my lawyer Friday about this matter

Car and entire company
I purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu From US Auto Sales along with the service contract with DOWC about a year ago, fast forward to today my car can not pass inspection due to emission issues. I went to a contracted auto shop to find out that US Auto Sales shut down all of their retail stores and our service contracts were canceled because they NEVER paid for them! So, I am stuck with a car that can't pass inspection and cost for repairs is over 2500. And now they have sold their debt to a collection agency. I'm at a loss for words. I feel like I've been robbed!
Desired outcome: Give me the money that I've paid into this car back. Agree to take the car back and not place it in on my credit report so that I can start back over.

I purchased an extended warranty on top of the car sale. My vehicle broke down in April 2023. All repairs were supposed to be covered by the warranty but were not. I had to pay for the repairs. When I contacted US Auto Service Claims department, I was told by DOWC that they were not paying for any repairs. Also that US Auto Sales never funded the extended warranty that I purchased in 10/2023. Since then USAuto Sales has closed however US Auto Servicing which is "customer service" for handling of car notes that included purchased warranties payments, reporting to credit bureau and the disabling of the vehicle through pastime tracking system is still operating.
US Auto Sales has misrepresented the agreement with me and US Auto Servicing is not doing anything about the breached agreement. I purchased the warranty in 10/2023. The warranty was not funded at the sale of it or 6 months after the sale per DOWC.
Desired outcome: Breached agreement is nulled an voided under US Auto Sales and US Auto Serving.

My 2014 Chevy Equinox was stolen and totaled in October of 2022 and when my insurance company sent USAuto sales a 9000 dollar check it was rejected multiple times and trashed my 100% payment record dropped my credit 130 points and still has my credit in a bind where u can’t do anything with it not get another car or pay for vet bills and had to put my dog...

I bought a car from us auto sales the transmission went out it has been in the shop 6 times now the mechanic is saying the engine has failed it is under warranty I’ve spent over 1700$ rentals almost lost my job almost wrecked twice the car messed up on freeway I found out the transmission had been welded they didn’t disclose it there also was a recall on my vehicle that I was not aware of now there location is closed I e spent over 1300$ on taxes for repairs
Desired outcome: New vehicle or full inspection vehicle repair
I had my car cut off several times for payment arrangement that they did not honor as well as adding more time on my loan I signed for a 4 year loan then coming close to the 4 years they said I still had a year and they then said it was for 5 not 4 and the amount of my car never seemed to go down my total amount to be paid to own the car.
The salesman forged a SSA document stating I received payments that I didn't to inflate my income. My signature has appeared on documents I did not sign.
The payments I made is not correct. Since us auto sales closed their business. So the Westlake is showing that I owe way much more then I owe. Westlake say they can't do nothing about it.
I purchased the vehicle with extended warranty now I’m been told the warranty isn’t good and I need work on my car. I’m making extra payment to cover the extended . I want my warranty or my money back. Bought the car maybe less than a year ago . This company has been nothing but a pain.
Bought a Chevy equinox 9/22/22. Two weeks later it needed work. Two weeks after that, it needed a new engine! Pep boys had my car for TWO months. DOWC finally sent a used engine! That also went bad. Now no one wants to pay.
