I bought a car from us auto July 2020 I had been paying on it for 3 yrs they closed the doors I went up there before they closed the doors they were going to call the law on me they sold me a wreaked car andi had the car a week and had to puta800 dollors radiator in it they said wasn't cover in the warranty that's how I found out it was wrecked this place that took over said I owed 100/$ more then I did amndyhave put this on my credit I want my money back all of it the car is not running my headlights have that foam keeping them in they ripped me off thanks Linda chester

I've had my car for 2 years now I have never missed a payment us auto sales closed down and I was able to make a payment up until June on the website. After that I was told by Westlake that payments would be made through them from now on I called multiple times to make a payment and was told they cannot make my payment and my arrival had got repoed last week

They repossessed my truck and I had just got it. They took my truck while I was in Kroger 2 hours away from my house shopping for my disabled mother who was with me and her wheelchair was in it. I put 2000$ down and paid 2 payments on time before it was even due and they took it 3 days after I made my payment that was paid 2 days before it was even due

Hello I lease this vehicle in 2021 of July everything was okay up until the car started falling apart and they don’t won’t to get the car fixed because I was a few miles over the rack in pin is a big deal and dangerous I’m stuck with this [censored] and I have to work how do I work with having all these problems and no one to help me plus all us auto closed in Jacksonville fl

Since US Auto closed and west lake took over account is closed on my credit report and make my credit dive 30 points because it looks like I haven’t paid since April, next I paid 2,700 bucks for a warranty that west lake won’t honor and I had an open claim that was ignored. Also my truth and lending papers are not correct and because I wouldn’t pay bi weekly they rose my payment which is predatory lending, so apparently shady stuff going on and my car broke down I am so angry justice needs to be served

US Auto sales simply vanished overnight. Employees and customers were not warned. I paid for Service contract and Gap insurance and according to the service contract company, IS Auto never paid them so I am not allowed to file a service claim. I was informed by the Collection agency that assumed all of US Auots contracts that a representative of USAuto they are going through stated i didn't have Gap or service contract but I have ALL paperwork signed reflecting in the contract price both charges and sent copies to new company. Now im getting we are checking into it over and over ... We were all ripped off by USAuto and the President and CEO's shouldn't be at a resort while the customer has to just DEAL with their actions.

Hello , I’m China brooks I’ve financed a car through u.s auto sales in February the end of may the act broke down the transmission failed I’ve contacted the company and the financial company and the warranty was expired 5 years prior to me getting the car . The car was financed to me at 14,000 and was making a payment of 176 every 2 weeks the blue note states the car I was driving witch is a 2014 ford focus se sedan was only worth 3,500 . The repair for the car is 4,500 to get it running

I was recently driving this vehicle, and yesterday. It just stopped working on me Wow, I was driving. Myself and bystanders were trying to get it back started and it would not start for you. My husband had to come from work. And we had to get a tow truck driver to drive it to. A mechanic shop. and the mechanic said the engine is completely messed up. I been having issues with the car since I got it had to put it in the shop twice and now that the dealership all of a sudden just shut down doesn’t tell their customer anything and sells out contracts to A debt collector and we lose our extended warranty’s and can’t get our car fix I find that very wrong how we as customers are being treated unfairly and being notified via email that we need to start paying money to a debt collector cause that’s who US Auto sold our debt too this is wrong on so many levels cause now I’m currently having issues with my transmission and I can’t afford to fix that right now so I guess they want to just keep riding till I’m stranded somewhere

We were in the middle of resolving an issue with the faulty car we purchased and have been making on time payments on. As of March the car hasn't run and team was working with us to switch the vehicle out due to the electric issues that were already present before we purchased it which is why the car would randomly cut off. We appreciate you guys working to put us in another vehicle even though we understood that would extend our contract now that you all have shut down there has been no contact and we are stuck paying for a car that can't be fixed. We need a prompt response please and thanks for the urgency in this matter.
