Unique Insurance Company Accident that happened on 12-17-1015

Within 2 weeks of the accident ( before the end of 2015) I complied and went and met with the company's adjuster name Steve at Turi's Auto Collision in Villa Park. i was informed he will electronically submit the estimate to my adjuster Mr. Nector Alicia. If I am not contacted within two weeks please call the adjuster. I let time go by I spoke to Mr. Alicia he stated he wasn't getting cooperation from his insuree (Michael Griffin). He wasn't able to proceed because he did not have a police report if I could get that report to him it would help him with the claim. I proceeded to get the police report fax it to him, the next day around 01-14-16. The next day I phones him he stated he doesn't see it scanned into the system it may take a few days. I asked him can he please phone me so I can have confirmation that he received the police report. Well to my surprise I never received any call back. I was very patient well since the beginning of February of 2016 I have left messages with ABSOLUTELY no return call. Mind you in the last two weeks I have been on the phone with them approximately eight times, each time I hold for at least 35 minutes per call then I ask please can you get Mr. Alicia on the phone then transfer me to him NO this NEVER has happened I'm placed on then sent to his voicemail or whom ever voicemail they choose to send me to at that particular time. This is very unbelievable to me because the ONLY way I ever was able to speak to the adjuster is was by having the operator get him on the line then connect me directly to him. He said damages totaled $1035.00 but when I went to Turi's Collision for an idea of how much damage would be estimated at I was given an estimate $1700.00. I hardly can't drive my vehicle because the driver side mirror was knocked off during the collision. I am at the point of obtaining my own side mirror first & foremost because it is illegal to drive without one & it is hindering me from seeking medical attention for my heath besides every day life things I need a vehicle to provide for my child.
