I have been in business for 28 years with hundreds of satisfied customers... but disgruntled employees and customers tend to exaggerate and often, out of anger, intend to do harm... and even long-time repeat customers may read a negative report that's over five years old and stop doing business... often our tongues become a murder weapon... I buy cars... running or not... some people donate their cars to charity... but I never promise them a free new car... but I offer my help and advice, or even sell them a car at my cost... I'm not a bad man! looks like i'm going to have to sue Charlie Allen reeves as! well he took possession of my 99 Chrysler 300M, promising to replace it with another car, well six months have passed and I still don't have a car. my mistake was getting into what i thought was a relationship with this crook . he is a liar and a thief. and he tries to hind behind the word of God. I'm not that desperate or that lonely, after five almost six months of being put off and lied too I had sense enough to break it off with him, now he is trying to claim i gave him my car because we were dating, but he knows I NEVER GAVE him my car! but he need not worrie because finding this site is the best thing that could happen at this stage. not only am I going to go after him but back in June he went to jail again for theft of another ladies car that she said he stole from her! at least that's what he told me, and now I believe her! is a crying shame that this so called man is taking advantage of people, but especially women. I'm nobody's fool and he thinks I wont sue him but I will see him in court. i will not let him get away with this, he is wrong in every way and trying to hide behind God!

My husband's truck broke down in Allen, TX and we contacted Charlie Reeves to pick it up. Charlie picked my husband up in McKinney, TX promising $300 cash for truck. Got to Allen, only handed my husband $150 then dropped him off on side of highway. C

when you take charlie reeves to court tell the judge he was there on 11-3 10 at 8;30 am..good luck.

will to day i got charlie reeves in court and i WON, , , smile.i got his [censor] and if he don't pay up i will go after him harder, the courts told me what to do if he don't pay me in 10 days, and i will do all of that.to the people that is taking him to court, take all of your paper work and pictures, before and after if you need to.he tried to show the judge a sign contract that i sign but he added more on it later on with out me knowing, so be careful of that, he did not give me a copy of the contract at all, even when i ask him when i first sign it.he said my copier don't work or i will give you a copy when you get your car but i never did see on.so he told the judge i sign for what he did.charlie will add some thing on your contract so he can make it look like you said he could do this .so be careful of that.take him to court A.S.A.P.

I have done some research on Charlie Reeves and I have found out that his business Unique Automotive is placed under Stacia D. Smith. They person who works with him I have not found anything in the Dallas tax records that show his name on anything. That is a funny thing because when he submitted his invoices to our insurance company he listed it as Charlie Reeves DBA the Honest Mechanic. When we take him to court I am going to ask the judge about that and I am going to call Dallas county to make sure that what they do show in there place of business is correct. I am going to show the judge the Check that was made out to him not Unique Automotive and see what the courts have to say about that too... I might see if the IRS might have anything to say about that as well. I really want to see this guy stopped. What he has been doing has gone on long enough. He hopes that people just get frustrated and pay what he is asking to get there car back. He hopes after that they just leave him alone. I am not going to let that happen. I am doing as much research as I can so when we go to court we nail him for all he has done...

I wish I would have seen all this before I saw his add in the Verizon Yellow pages with thier so called shield...I found out that anyone can get a shield all they have to do is pay for more advertising... What a joke they dont even check out who they give a shield too. He is also in [redacted] for doing the same thing as here... My mother was in a minor car wreck I picked his name out of the phone book because of his add and all the good things in it plus the shield that was there too. He started worked and finished before he even got an estimate from my mother insurance company. He so called finished and the claimed work that the insurance company and ther adjusters are saying he didnt even do. They called us and told us to look him up because he is a crook and they told him they would not pay claims when there is no proof of work being done. He has had my mother paying for a rental car for a month out of her own pocket. She is stuck without anyway of getting her car back. He told her at first the amount let owed was 600.00 when I called him and asked him how much she has to pay to get her car back his voice lit up... He said I call you back n let you know. He later called my mother and told her he now wants an additional 2450.00 plus what the insurance company has sent him. He is trying to get us to pay hoping we will just get so mad and pay it. Plus he wants my mother to sign a release stating we owe the money and we cant go after him for anything else. I have advised my mother to seek the help of legal aid and to file a claim in the Dallas county small claims court to sue this crook for all she is out. He brought my mother to tears and told her to call her church and see if they would giver her money to pay him. Our insurance company is going to help us with all the paper work to prove he is trying to commit fraud and help put him away. Please if you care anything about your car stay away from Charles Albert Reever... The so called honest mechanic... He has a rating of F in the BBB and is on numerous sites as being a crook... All you have to do is google his name and you can see for yourself what a crook he is... Stay away from this man...

the police needs to get this man and put him in jail.he needs to rest.

J.Allen, Charlie reeves must be your daddy or uncle. he is not a good man, and when you call him he do not answer the phone all the time.can any one tell me if this man can walk good and not on a walker? because he is a good actor, watch out disability and social security this man is a vary gooooood liar.he might go to the gym and running every day.i am going to pray for you charlie reeves you do NOT fear GOD.you are doing the devils job for him to good.

Let's bring a class action law suit against Charlie Albert Reeves and Stacia SMith since Stacia name is listed as the owner of the Automotive shop on Lavon street in Garland, Tx. All this done by Mr. Reeves so we will get frustrated and quit so he can continue doing what he is doing Stealing. Somehow Let's Broadcast what he has done over the internet, on Billboards or whatever we can do legally., Perhaps we can consult a lawyer, and see what all we can do legally. I would love to get a bill board and put his name and picture on it for all the metroplex to see. He is dating on line, but apparently is married - let's let it all be known. We need to let all the Religious facilities and churchs know about him. Let's make him a very popular man. AS Soon as pooh

The key to obtaining justice is to unify, and come together. It is easier for a multitude of people to fight a company or a person than individually. If you feel this strongly about it: contact the others who have made complaints and I would like to be there to see the end results.

I agree with this point. I had big trouble trying to get my car back from Charlie Reeves & Stacia Smith at Unique Auto Repair at 1021 Lavon Drive, Garland, TX. They charged me $50.00 a day storage fee for 3 days that my car was there supposed to be getting fixed. Have you ever heard of such a thing, I just wanted my car back so I paid it. But, yeah I believe they are in a racket to take people cars. Jail is to good of a place for these two, try HELL. They will rip off anyone, there are so many bad reports about Charlie Reeves all over the internet at "[redacted].com", "the worst mechanics", "horrible mechanics". Just type in "Charlie Reeves" and see all of the bad stuff that comes up on him, he lives in Dallas, TX.
