Scam in Security Trading
I Shyam Gupta is staying in Chandigarh and my dmat account is opened for the last more than 10 years and holding of bluechip shares in my account and allotted through IPO this is also more than 10 years now these all the shares today's value is about 18 lacks, but 2 years back this company's employee Rajev came to my house and conveyance me that in your trading account some amount i.e Rs.40000/- is lying for so many years now I activate this account and you will get some profit every month on this amount but today I saw my dmat account my all the holdings he sold out without my permission, without my any order, this types of fraud, scam, robbery and cheated me. This company looted my whole very hard money which I saved for my family's future and no money is given to me yet now, what to do ? I am saying this company is very much fraud and don't open any account as well as take out whole holdings. I request to SEBI please help me to get back my holdings or holding's value.
Non receipt of Salary, Release Letter & PF Account Statement Slip
Dear Sir,
I've been working for Trustline Securities Ltd. Kharagpur branch (Employee Code: KA02519) from 15.05.10. Though there is no performance based variable salary as per the terms of my Appoint Letter, but my employer kept on deducting my salary (Feb11, Nov11, Dec11 & Jan12) with an excuse of my bad performance.
As my employer wasn't giving me salary as per the terms of my employment I resigned from my job on 12.03.12. It's been more than 90 days from the date of my resignation; but ignoring my several requests neither my employer released my pending salary (Feb12 & Mar12) nor issued my Release Letter. Moreover, in my 22 months of employment with Trustline Securities Ltd. company never issued me any PF Account Statement Slip. Thus, I'm afraid that no contribution has been deposited by the company in my EPF account which was deducted from my salary.
Sir, after resigning from my job I'm in deep financial crisis. I've made several requests to my employer to release my salary; but I didn't get any proper response from them. Can you please help me so that I can receive my pending salary through Full & Final Settlement, get my Release Letter and my PF Account Statement Slip.
Kindly look into the matter so that I can get my legitimate hard earned money.

You are right, TRUSTLINE SECURITIES is an investment FRAUD Company. I have been their VICTIM also. There Relation Ship Manager Cheated me when I complained they did nothing and kept quiet. They said we gave you the Contract Notes and the SMS. When I asked them for SEBI conatct details for further escalation they said they had answered all my queries to my satisfaction and they threatened me with taking Legal action against me and that too at my cost, I agreed told them to move ahead. They did nothing. When I complained to complain in SCORES of SEBI in the Arbitration their FRAUDULENT ACTS were caught yet when they released the AWARD they managed to get a CHIT CHIT by hook and CROOK Means.
