Unauthorized billing
After finding out about a death in the family, had to make reservations through Travel web.com, when I went online to make the reservations, I paid with my credit card, and I didn't receive a confirmation number from them, went on to another site as no confirmation number means no actual reservation, boked my room at another and got billed from them both...

I made a reservation on line for a hotel room. This was made on 2-26-09 and I have been trying to cancel it since then. I am giving them more than a 45 day notice and they still refuse to cancel. Please beware that if you place an order on line you are giving up any rights you may have. I have tried calling the hotel, priceline and travelweb and no one will...
