I called Total Protect Warranty on April 7, 2022 to report a ceiling fan problem.
The customer representative for that company, Adrian told me to contact a company for repair or replacement of the fan and email the invoice to Total Protect for reimbursement. Michael and Sons came to my house on April 11, 2022 to replace the ceiling fan and I paid the $510.00 fee. I called the company to get the email address and was given two different wrong email addresses. Today, April 13, 2022, I called to get the address to mail the invoice to this company and was told by Nicholas who works there that this job service was not authorized by this company. I asked him to talk with a supervisor, he refused to do that. I have been paying Total Protect Warranty 52.00 monthly for over two years and feel like I have been given the run around, mis-information, and I totally put this company under the fraud category. I am a retired senior citizen who just wanted them to do the right thing and get reimbursed for services I paid for under their guidance.
