My Toro model 21332 lawn mower used only twice failed to start this summer it was run dry and stored in dry location. Purchased last year $440+tax. Never used this mower the first year I bought it. It died this year after with barely 6 hrs of light use. The store refused to give me back my money, and replaced it, with the same brand but 2 wheel drive instead of 4. This one died after only 45 minutes of use, I went to use it today and it won't run. I want my money back. I will be forwarding this to the BBB . I will never by another mower at Home Depot.

Purchased lawn mower from Home Depot several years ago. Started working out of town, so had someone cut grass. Tried starting it several months later & it would not start. Took it to repair shop. They said that the gas was to old, that's why it would not start. They fixed it. Started after winter. Again, out of town. Again tried starting it and it does not start. This is crazy. Lawn mower is only 3 years old! My last Toro was much better than this one. Guess I need to change brand to a more reliable lawn mower.

Home Depot will not honor warranty on obvious defective lawn mower
I purchased a Toro Recycler 22″ lawn mower (MODEL #20332 SERIAL#[protected]) in November 2010 which had a full two year warranty for everything to include guarantee of first pull it will start.
