Kettle returned to supplier on 15.01.23 as it was switching off within seconds whilst being utilized. Was told cannot be replaced in spite of having a 2-year guarantee and furthermore was told by the agent that same will be replaced within 21 days. The bennett read pans I purchased from makro are so flimsy and they don’t sit flat on the stove. If you pour some oil in, it all runs to one side. Been trying to contact tevo customer care for days, after hanging on for ages each time, you get cut off. I have had better service from a government dept. And would not recommend anyone purchase their products if they looking for future service

Tevo places a 3 year warranty on the Memre foam pillows. Yet after 3 month experiencing that the new pillow is falling flat and not providing any support for ones neck and head as advised. Why place a 3 warranty, but yet you may not use the warranty as one have used the pillow. Do you need to lock the pillow up for the 3 years and then only then use the...
